TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY
The 2025 Club World Series to be held in Dubai from 07 — 12 April will host competitions in Men's Open and Women's Open divisions.
Clubs or centre-represented teams from around the world are welcome to enter the competition. All Men's & Women's Open teams will play a minimum of 6 games over the duration of the tournament.

THE WOMEN'S COMPETITION WILL BE A SINGLE TIER SYSTEM CATERING TO ALL LEVELS.
TO ENSURE COMPETITIVENESS THROUGHOUT THE MEN'S COMPETITION, THE ORGANIZERS WILL IMPLEMENT THE 3-TIER SYSTEM AND EACH CLUB OR TEAM WILL BE REGISTERED IN A TIER AT
THE DISCRETION OF THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR BASED ON THE CRITERIA LAVED FORWARD.

LEVEL" INTERNATIONAL PLAYERS

PLAYERS WHO HAVE REPRESENTED THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRY IN THE MEN'S "OPEN LEVEL" DIVISION SINCE 1 JANUARY 2020 WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE "OPEN LEVEL" INTERNATIONALS.
IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT SUFFICIENT TEAMS WILL NOMINATE ACROSS ALL MEN'S TIERS AND WILL PLAY IN THEIR RESPECTIVE TIERS FOR THE DURATION OF THE COMPETITION. HOWEVER, IF INSUFFICIENT TEAMS NOMINATE ACROSS ALL TIERS, THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO MERGE TIERS
IN THE PRELIMINARY ROUNDS. AND THEREAFTER, BASED ON STANDINGS, TEAMS WILL BE SPLIT BACK INTO THEIR RESPECTIVE TIERS FOR THEIR FINALS SERIES.
THE FOLLOWING ARE EXAMPLES ONHOW THE TIERS MAY BE STRUCTURED DEPENDING ON AM NUMBER:
EXAMPLE 1 : TIER 1 AND TIER 2 HAVE 4 TEAMS EACH AND TIER 3 HAS 8 TEAMS. IN SUCH A SCENARIO, TIER 3 TEAMS WILL PLAY ALL PRELIMINARY ROUNDS AND THE FINAL SERIES AMONG THEMSELVES.
TIER 1 AND TIER 2 TEAMS WILL BE MERGED IN THE PRELIMINARY ROUNDS AND THEN ALL TEAMS WILL REVERT BACK TO THEIR RESPECTIVE TIERS AND PLAY IN THEIR RESPECTIVE FINAL SERIES. THEIR ORDER OF TIER 1 AND 2 TEAMS WILL BE BASED ON STANDINGS AT THE END OF THE PRELIMINARY ROUNDS.
