The Masters Edition of the Club World Series is a premier international indoor cricket championship bringing together experienced players and top clubs from around the world. It celebrates skill, passion, and competitive spirit at a veteran level, offering a global platform where teams compete with pride and excellence.Set in Thailand from 30th November to 5th December, the tournament promises six days of high-intensity cricket and world-class action. More than just a competition, it is a celebration of legacy and longevity in the sport, where experience meets elite performance on the global stage.

Following feedback from clubs and players, the Colombo Masters Edition will feature two Masters Men’s age categories:

Over 35s – Teams may include a maximum of 4 players aged 30+ in their squad, with a maximum of 2 players aged 30+ permitted in the playing 8 for each match.

Over 45s – Teams may include a maximum of 4 players aged 40+ in their squad, with a maximum of 2 players aged 40+ permitted in the playing 8 for each match.
With the WICF Global Masters pathway commencing at Over 35s, these categories provide an important development platform for players and teams preparing for future international Masters competitions. This structure allows clubs to build continuity within their squads, introduce emerging Masters players to the format, and support the long-term growth of the Masters game.
(Players aged 30–34 who currently represent their country in the Open Category are not eligible to participate in the Over 35s division. )
